Marketplace role

ViaTasks operates a marketplace connecting customers with independent Pros. Pros are independent service providers and are not ViaTasks employees.

Payment services

Stripe provides applicable payment and payout services. Use of those services remains subject to applicable Stripe agreements and requirements.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The governing venue for disputes is Cape May County, New Jersey, subject to any dispute-resolution process required by these Terms or applicable law.

Agreement

By creating an account and accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge the ViaTasks Privacy Policy and the marketplace relationship described above.
